Refund Policy

At StreamLume, we want you to be completely satisfied with your membership. Please read our refund policy carefully.
1. Subscription Payments
All subscription payments are processed securely. Once a payment is made, it is applied to your StreamLume membership immediately.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within 7 days of your initial payment if you are not satisfied with the service. Refund requests made after 7 days will not be eligible.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at hello@streamlume.com with your registered email address and reason for the refund. We will process eligible refunds within 5-7 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Partial month subscriptions, renewals, and accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of a subscription period.
