StreamLume respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and respond promptly to valid takedown notices.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that any content available on StreamLume infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated DMCA agent at: dmca@streamlume.com.
2. Your Notice Must Include
a) A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
b) Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
c) Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it.
d) Your contact information including address, telephone number, and email.
e) A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner.
f) A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
3. Our Response
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly investigate the claim, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content if the claim is valid, and notify the affected user where appropriate.
4. Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice to dmca@streamlume.com with your details and a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake.
5. Repeat Infringers
StreamLume reserves the right to terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
